I believe that the meaning of our lives here on earth is to remember who or what we are.
That's what I was looking for even as a child. In small moments of stillness, I felt that there must be something more, something I should search for. Today, more than fifty years later, I have found a way or a way to approach something that feels true to me and that I marvel at every day.
In the past I was searching in the external or I didn't even know I was searching for anything. But it turns out I did. In my everyday life, the personal life, that which has an ego, that which believes that it is separate, that it is a body, that which I identify with constantly makes choices based on fear or love.
If I identify myself with the ego, with the body, with that which is separated from love, I have forgotten my true self. Then I project what I think I am and see fear in countless forms outside of me, in the external, in this world that we all seem to see and believe.
But when I instead make choices based on love, I feel in my heart that I am love, light, joy and peace. It is then that I see love reflected in the exterior. Everything is whole, all living things are sacred and I am embraced by love along with everyone else. We are one.
Do not search in the external for it is illusion, untrue, a dream. Turn inward instead for within you is truth, reality, heaven. Remember know or what you are. Your body exists in time but your spirit is eternal. This is why you cannot truly die. Your body is a tool, a tool for you from the time you enter time until you exit time.
Now the shift takes place from man's search in the outside to our search in the inside and inner or spiritual discovery now turns outward.
